Aric brings over two decades as an executive leader to TRUSTWORKS clients. With a background in education, adult learning, information technology, talent acquisition and coaching. This multi-faceted background and track record of successful executive leadership combined with his people-centered approach equip him to walk alongside leaders in unique and meaningful ways.

In addition to his leadership in business and education, Aric brings experience building championship teams from athletics. Aric has coached soccer at the club, high school and college levels. These experiences allow him to bring a unique and insightful perspective to his clients.
